Our Mission
GET FIT NOT HIT is your chance to train like an MMA fighter without ever stepping foot inside the Octagon. Look at a fighter’s physique, they are strong, lean and super fit. MMA is also a great way to improve heart health and alleviate those daily stressors.
As an active competitor myself I train 5 days a week with 2 days off. I have been coaching clients for the past 8 years helping them achieve their goals through Fitness, Thai Boxing, MMA, one to one’s and classes at The Lab Gym in Darlington.
